Culinary Cruise with Holland America Line
A culinary-themed group is tailor-made for a cruise ship environment, especially on board a Holland America ship. In this instance, the ms Eurodam had just recently launched, and Steve capitalized on the media hype surrounding the new ship by creating a culinary cruise featuring a local celebrity chef and sailing to the islands of the Eastern Caribbean. The chef provided culinary demonstrations in the Eurodam’s Culinary Arts Center, and also designed the menu for one night in the Pinnacle Grill, the ship’s premium dining venue. Guests in the group were also treated to wine tasting & wine and food pairing demonstration with the ship’s cellarmaster. These took up little time during the cruise, and the remainder of the time was the guests’ own.
