What is the price comparison between an event at sea and an event on land?
When put side by side, a land-based event will always come out more expensive than a cruise-based event, due largely to the all-inclusive nature of cruising. We would be happy to demonstrate this for you using facts and figures from your past events.
I am thinking of hosting my company’s annual meeting on board a cruise ship. Will the ship be able to meet my business needs?
Certainly – cruise ships, especially newer ones, have conference rooms, lounges, and other spaces on board that are ideally suited for meetings of all types. Audio-visual equipment is available as well. Let us know of specific concerns you might have, and we can help you determine if your event would make a great event at sea!
I am worried that event attendees would feel confined on board a ship.
Cruise ships are designed to be like floating resorts. While there will be times they won’t be able to leave the ship, they will have free access to many facilities such as music lounges, bars, casinos, and many dining venues. Also, the cruise line produces activities at all times of the day, every day. When the ships stop at a port of call, your guests will be able to visit that port at their leisure.
