Exclusive Events At Sea produces special events aboard cruise ships for any special event, including corporate meetings, organizational retreats and family events.

Cruise ships offer luxury and comfort, with all the accommodations you need to make your event a big success. Plus, a cruise-based event is almost always less expensive than a land-based event. You may even be able to host an Exclusive Event at Sea at no cost to you through our referral program.

Exclusive Events At Sea will help you with all the planning, making it possible for you, the event organizer, to actually relax and have fun during the event. All you have to do is promote the event and encourage people to participate, then show up on sailing day and have fun!

 What We Do

While you are planning the event itself (arranging speakers, preparing workshop materials, etc.) and promoting the event to your group, we will take care of just about everything else!

  •  We help you select just the right cruise ship and itinerary for your event.
  • We negotiate with the cruise line for ideal accommodations that match your event, and we negotiate for the best pricing possible.
  • We take reservations and process payments.
  • We create a dedicated website for your special event with all the details, including information about each port of call, and photos of the ship, staterooms and public spaces. The site will also feature an online registration system.
  • It’s your responsibility to promote the event, but we will give you our marketing expertise, including live meetings, tele-seminars, email blasts you can send to your mailing list, and promotion through social media.
  • Depending on your event and your need, we will accompany your group on the event itself, to help with all the onboard management.
